1.Firstly, you have to pay attention to your diet, you should take as much calorie as your body needs. Meaning, the more calories you get, the more your body should to works. How many calories you take, burn it out of the workout.

2. Take less sugar, it reduces your appetite, and when you are less hungry, then the calories will not be stored and fat will not be produced.

3. You should to take low-crab vegetables like Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Tomatoes, Kale, Cabbage, Swiss chard, Cucumber and some more. A diet based mostly on meat and vegetables contains all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy.

As there are too much people who wants to gain wait, they use various types of weight gainers and proteins but all of these they are unable to gain weight and many types of problems they have to face.

1.Firstly, I tell you the main things is that some people gain weight on their fixed age either that person takes too much diet or supplements.His body start changing after certain age.

2.You can gain your weight by eating fast food, and by taking proper diet. But  sometimes fast food makes you unhealthy.
3.For gaining weight you should eat daily atleast six eggs, six bananas and two bowl of pulses. But you should make workout daily for making your intestine strong and the digestion will be better. 

By doing this up to two months you can make your body by your shape.
